An introductory fabric design class for elementary-aged children that includes:

• Friendly afternoon discussions where participants are encouraged to share nature walk memories, popular hiking trails, and other outdoor habits

• Walking meditation techniques

• Studio tutorials exploring the history of the bandana, maps, border designs, symmetry, pattern, and color

• Teacher demonstrations crafted to address student interests and inquiries

• Hand-painting on 100% cotton using non-toxic fabric paint

• Opportunities to explore a synthetic non-toxic water based resist

Class Calendar and Fees:

• An eight week course every Thursday from 3:30pm - 5:00pm

• Begins April 08, 2027

• Ends May 27, 2027
