Reservation Request Form

To reserve your child’s spot, please complete and submit the Reservation Request Form.

You will receive an email within the next 48 hours containing a payment link and the required class waiver.

Class payments are non-refundable.

If a class is cancelled due to instructor illness or inclement weather, a make-up class will be scheduled for the first Thursday afternoon following the end of the current class session.
